Your property will be very closely watched and taken care of it at all times. I am a very neat and clean person who will treat your furniture and personal property with respect and the proper care. I do not have any kids living with me nor do I have any pets of my own, even though I love cats and dogs. I have very good references as well as a very clean background record without any drug or alcohol related problems of the past or present. I am very healthy and try my best to live a healthy life style. The required compensation for me would be free housing in exchange for the labor of daily, weekly, and monthly maintenance and up-keep of your home inside and out while you are away such as: housekeeping/cleaning, lawn care, gardening, snow removal, pet care, vet visits, forwarding your mail, coordinating for professional repairs if needed with the company you approve of, weekly reports of how things are going and communication with you by phone or email, and etc. while you are away. I will pay for my own personal needs and groceries. You would pay for: all utilities (unless proven to be used in an unusual excess), pet supplies & vet care, gardening, lawn and any special household scheduled cleanings by professional companies such as carpet, furniture & window cleanings and household supplies.
